Who We Are?
The Inter-Lakes Girls Softball League (ILGSL) is a community-based, volunteer organization dedicated to providing girls throughout Commerce Township, the Walled Lake area, and surrounding communities with the opportunity to learn, play, and grow through softball.
Established in 1972, ILGSL has built a strong tradition of developing young athletes while creating a positive, welcoming environment where players of all experience levels can enjoy the game.
Our league is about more than competition—we strive to build confidence, character, teamwork, sportsmanship, and lifelong friendships both on and off the field.
From beginners learning the fundamentals to experienced players looking to challenge themselves, ILGSL provides opportunities for girls to develop their skills, discover their potential, and experience the joy of being part of a team.
Supported by dedicated coaches, volunteers, families, and community members, we work together to make softball an experience that players will remember for years to come.
